How to enable Messages Pop up notifiion

Before using pop up notifiion, it's hard to see if message coming and we must unlock the phone and the screen is blank. with this settings we can rd message without unlock the phone.
Go to Messaging icon

Tap settings icon (at the top right corner) then tap Settings


Scroll down and tap Pop up Notifiion and Display the Content
